Privacy policy

This policy covers 315 Supply Co's website. It explains what we collect when you browse, join our email list, or start a checkout, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Analytics

We use two analytics tools to understand which pages and products people look at. Plausible is privacy-friendly: it sets no cookies and doesn't collect personal information. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure visits and shopping activity (for example, which products are added to a cart). Our audience is in the United States, so we don't show a cookie banner; you can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on. If we start serving visitors in regions that require consent, we'll add a consent prompt.

Our email list

If you join our email list, we keep your email address (and, if you signed up on an upcoming drop's page, which drop) and use it only to email you about new drops and collections, sales, and events. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Your address is stored with Klaviyo, the email service that sends these messages, which processes it on our behalf. You'll get one email from it first, asking you to confirm the signup; until you do, we won't email you. We don't sell or share it.

Your cart and checkout

Your cart is saved in your own browser, not on our servers. When you check out, your cart is handed to Shopify, which runs our checkout. Shopify collects the details needed to complete your order (such as your name, address, and payment information) under Shopify's privacy policy. We see your order in Shopify so we can make and fulfill it.

Information saved in your browser

This site stores two small items in your browser's local storage. Neither is sent to us.

• 315-cart-v1: the items in your cart, so it survives a page reload.
• 315-recent-v1: the last few products you viewed, for the "Recently viewed" row.

Clearing your browser's site data removes both.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) for security and reliability, for a limited time.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. A contact address for privacy requests will be listed here.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
